> 3 dayWhat can I say. This is the best bang for your buck. If you keep portfolios using classification folders this is a must have. It lines up perfectly for the prongs at the top of each section.

> 3 dayThe PaperPro 2-Hole Punch is a fairly well-made product. My only criticism is that the guide is flimsy plastic. Otherwise its fairly sturdy. Perfect for punching reports for filing papers in fastener file folders such as those used in doctors offices. Around the home, I havent found much practical use. The PaperPro seems to have no problem handling a stack of papers and works smoothly and effortlessly. Very nice that it has a bin to collect the confetti.

> 3 dayThis is a well designed and though out punch. Its solid, with a metal body and handle, and locks closed. Why on earth would they include a flimsy plastic paper guide, when the rest of the construction is so great? One reviewer was concerned that the guide could break if the punch dropped. Mine didnt even make it to the door; the guide came pre-broken for my convenience. At least this way I get to return it instead of having it break after the refund window. The punch is pretty useless without the guide, as its what enables you to punch the holes in the right position to attached sheets to a fastener file folder. I suppose that I could upgrade to the 40 sheet model, which has a metal guide, but its overkill for my needs and takes up more space on my desk. Bummed.

> 3 dayThis is a well-built decent product that will stand the test of time. I have arthritis, so I was very interested in the easy, low-force punch claim. This is true if you are punching 5 sheets or less. The capacity for this punch is 20 sheets. I tried to punch that many but hurt my hand with the excessive force to get the punch to go through. And I didnt think the holes cut as cleanly with 20 sheets as they did with 5 sheets. It was also very easy to punch at 5 sheets. The low-force claim is true for that volume of paper. There is a slide button lock to keep the unit closed and make it shorter for storage. A great feature. When closed up, the unit is approx. 4.75 wide x 4 deep x 1.75 high. For paper fitting, there is a plastic ruler guide that slides out on the right-hand side of the unit. There is a stop and notation at 8.5 and another at 11. This would allow you to center the holes properly based on which side of a standard sheet you are punching. I found it easy to use this ruler guide and get everything to line up properly without fuss. I didnt find that the ruler was flimsy as mentioned by others. Its not metal, but it is a decent weight of plastic. I found the emptying tray a little hard to figure out without any instructions in the box. There is a picture on the box that shows emptying and I fumbled around with the unit for about 15 seconds to figure it out. There is a piece of hard plastic that forms the base of the punch. There is a thumb-notch flap that you push down towards the floor and a joint in the plastic allows you open a hatch in the back where the punches can be emptied. I found it relatively easy to get the punches out without scattering them all over the floor. I hope the joint in the plastic holds up after repeated bends - if it ever cracks youre out of business with keeping the punches contained. Overall, a well-constructed product that I would highly recommend for home or office use.
