Greater than one weekThis is good if you dont mind a slight extra scent on your clothes. Perhaps if I was single Id use these for myself. Or if my laundry was done separate from my family. For now though after one use I wont be using them with any family loads of wash. They are for men. A woman will not want this scent on her clothes and I kind of dont like to smell either. Id rather my clothes just be clean, not perfumed. They do work as dryer sheets though. For that they are just fine. The extra smell restricts them to male only or for people who dont mind the scent.

> 3 dayThis product would get 5/5 stars for its ability to soften fabric, but the real reason anyone would buy this over the competition is because it is labeled for men. I dont like it when companies tell you what you should like. I mean, if Im a man and I buy this product labeled for men and I dont like it, that must mean that Im not really a man, right? And I wouldnt want to tell anybody. I might continue to buy the product in hopes of developing a liking - or at least a tolerance - for the thing. Well that doesnt work on me. These Bounce fabric softener sheets smell almost identical to Coast soap (sorta like Irish Spring). Like flowers on turbo. The smell is so strong it gives me a headache after awhile just like smelling gasoline does. Dammit men dont like flower smells. Men like spice, citrus, and woody smells. Maybe smells like aromatic pipe tobacco. (Or bacon!) And dont go by those teeny-bopper boys with their flowery body washes and sprays who drank the marketers Kool-Aid on what men should like. Bounce - send your chemists back to the lab and come up with a real smell that men will like. And do market research with men over 30 years old. Thank you.

11-06-2025Since my husband retired, he has been slacking off in the department of masculine tasks. Hasnt opened his tool box in months! He hasnt gotten excited even about his driving lawn mower. In fact, the most masculine thing he has done is to watch John Wayne Movies. So I picked this up to see what would happen. I wish I could tell you that he promptly went out and changed the oil in the car. I would love to be able to report that he built a new playhouse in the back yard. It would be wonderful if I could explain that he rewired the attic. Sadly, none of those things happened! BUT, now he smells like the kind of guy who does - not the yucky stinky smell, more of the masculine aftershave kind of smell. So five stars. Just dont plan on anything changing except the way your husband smells.

> 3 dayDryer sheets were pretty amazing when they first came out. They did everything that liquid softener did and were super easy to use in comparison. I never looked back. The scent was a different matter; the smell was sometimes overpowering and way too fake floral. I quickly switched to unscented when they were introduced. As other scents came out over the years I stuck with unscented until I had the chance to try these Bounce for Men Pure Sport. The timing of receiving the box was right to toss a Men Pure Sport sheet into a dryer load of bedclothes. Hours later, when I pulled them from the dryer and made beds, I liked what I smelled, but was at a loss to identify any specific scent. Later, pulling back the sheets and crawling into our freshly made bed, I really caught a good whiff and thought spices but, when questioned if any scent was detected, my other half said citrus. Maybe citrus and spice? Either way, it is nice and not overpowering. However, regarding the name, Men Pure Sport, nothing about the scent made me think it would have a gender specific appeal. The final verdict is that we thoroughly enjoyed the manly(?) scented (whatever scent it is) sheet and it worked to soften our bedclothes every bit as well as our everyday unscented Bounce sheets. I will look to buy these when this box runs out.

> 3 dayI am a straight woman and I made the mistake of purchasing this. I now have a beard, and although I can inexplicably now surf and shoot a three-pointer and tame wild grizzly bears at the same time, I must admit my clothes are fresh.

> 3 dayAs a male who does his own wash, I was looking forward to using this. But the more I experience this marketing plyos, the more I become skeptical of what they deliver. Deodorants advertise 48 hrs protection; first, who needs 48 hours? I need only 24. Second, it does not even work. You try new things and get dissaponted. Such intro to confirm that this is yet another instance of something that does not necessarily smell manly nor sporty. Dryer sheet, yes... but what really determines a sheet for men or how does Sports smell? hmmm.... Dont fall for the gimmick.

07-06-2025I love the sport scent. I ordered several boxes because I can not find this scent locally. Like all bounce products, it works great.
