Bounce Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets, Pure Sport, 105 Count

Trying to find a fabric softener with a ‘manly’ smell. This was advertised as ‘pure sport’ manly smelling softener sheets. When I got it, it was even more ‘flowery’ smelling than the current fabric softener sheets I use now. So I immediately returned it. I know Bounce fabric softener sheets are terrific for softening and anti-static your clothes. They just don’t do ‘manly’ smells very well. Either that or we have very different ideas of what is a ‘manly’ smell.

I like the scent my laundry has after I use these dryer sheets. I do not think the scent is for men only. I used them with bed spreads and towels and my wife did not object to the scent. I use one sheet per dryer load. The scent is light enough not to be annoying. Overall, I think this is a good product from Bounce.

These Bounce Pure Sport Dryer Sheets For Men work as well as regular Bounce sheets and have very pleasing scent that isnt too overpowering. These do a good job softening and controlling static, which is why we use them. Highly Recommended! CFH

Great smell will b buying more!

The package and dryer sheets smell, but your cloths will not have any scent after drying. Even with 3 sheets thrown in. Waste of money. Probably an old product

I wondered if this could be an April Fools Joke. I have no earthly idea how P&G green-lighted this product.

Surprisingly it has a wonderful smell that isnt as potent as a few competitors products. Ive experienced cases of getting Citrus smelling ones and the smell would be so intoxicating that it became painful and irritating to smell the box as well as to even handle them upon loading in the dryer. Fortunately these Bounce dryer sheets dont smell that intense or potent and actually remind me of the smell of the typical men smelling products of deoderant or even body wash and etc. I still dont know how it was defined that this is a smell for men but regardless it smells great.

This is good if you dont mind a slight extra scent on your clothes. Perhaps if I was single Id use these for myself. Or if my laundry was done separate from my family. For now though after one use I wont be using them with any family loads of wash. They are for men. A woman will not want this scent on her clothes and I kind of dont like to smell either. Id rather my clothes just be clean, not perfumed. They do work as dryer sheets though. For that they are just fine. The extra smell restricts them to male only or for people who dont mind the scent.

These dryer sheets have a really nice fragrance to them. I really wouldnt consider it too masculine. My husband and sons like the fragrance, but I like it too. I was worried I would have to separate my clothes from theirs when I did the laundry but there really is no reason to. These sheet smell nice. And, of course, the main reason I use dryer sheets in the first place is to control static cling and these sheets do a good job of that.

While they do have a Manly (i.e. Cologne) scent before you use them, I really dont notice any scent after I take my clothes out of the dryer. And since there are fewer sheets than in regular Bounce, they are more expensive. Personally I dont see the point, they are equal to the regular sheets when it comes to stopping static and repelling lint and hair and that is the main reason for using them. I would go with the cheaper option.
