Its sturdy and sleek. My 14 inch laptop sits perfectly and I am able to work directly on the stand without issues.

This is the 2nd one I got and it’s super sturdy. The lip is helpful so the laptop doesn’t slide and you can put full arm weight on the stand and it doesn’t fold

That there weren’t instructions that came with it. I know you pull it part but when I started it was hard and I was worried I was going to break it.

As other reviews said, it is hard to change position. It is supposed to!! I found this to be very stable, while I bought a bluetooth keyboard to use with it, can use keyboard while on the stand. Very well built, and if trying to get it so looking straight ahead versus down to hurt neck, it works.

If you want to elevate your laptop to eye level this is a great stand. It is very sturdy and easy to use. I purchase for my niece to help her while she sets at her bedroom desk on the phone, computer and recording videos.
