Everything is PERFECT; what worries me is how hard the item is to adjust, literally. There is so much force needed to reposition it that my son cannot do it himself and even I struggle with it. I hope the hinges stay sturdy!

Its great-- so helpful. Very sturdy and reliable. Helps me sit better in conference calls (with my computer at a higher level), and I love the design.

This is unfortunately not something you can be cheap about. Laptops can be heavy and you want something sturdy enough to not tip over.
