Noticeably more comfortable than the originals. Sound great. Made my headphones look brand new.

The replacement ear-pads came on time. It took a few minutes to put the new ear-pads on my MDR-V6 headphone but it was relatively easy. The headphone looks new and sounds good. I totally recommend these.

    Greater than one week

I highly recommend you to watch a couple of videos on how to install these pads. I am glad I did before they arrived. Although, the packaging was nice there were no instructions for the install process. Knowing what I might be up against this took me about half an hour to get them on my phones.

This company is a godsend because their ear pads have prolong the life of my Razer Tiamat 7.1 version 1 headset. I bought their perforated ear pads that are meant to be used with the SONY MDR-7506, MDR-V6 and MDR-CD900ST headphones. The build quality and materials are excellent! Its really a great price for them as well! Brainwavz did an awesome job showing a diagram of the dimensions of the ear pads on the product page. This really helped me determined if these ear pads will fit my Razer Tiamat 7.1 version 1 headset. To make the ear pads fit, I recommend using a sharp knife with a pointed tip to punch the holes for the four plastic anchor pins of the plastic insert. The plastic insert is inside each ear pad and is what mounts them onto the headset. In comparison to Razers ear pads, Brainwavzs are slightly longer and the thickness is slightly less. However, in my opinion they are superior to Razers because Brainwavzs feels significantly higher quality and are much softer. I was able to use my headset for hours without any discomfort, in contrast to using it with Razers ear pads, which felt much firmer and caused a slightly painful side ear pinch. Now as a disclaimer you are doing this modification at your own risk! So therefore, Brainwavz nor I are responsible if you did not performed the modification right as these ear pads are not meant to be used with the Razer Tiamat 7.1 version 1 headset. Regardless, its an easy modification that can be done assuming you know how to use a knife. Kids please have an adult do this! Adults please know how to use a knife!

They aren’t quite as comfortable as the original pads, but they do breathe a little better, and are a big upgrade from the tattered original pads that wore out after about 3 years.

Easy install. For newbies - watch the videos and be patient and methodical while installing. Feels good, sounds good, looks good. For now they have a nice tight fit on the ear cups and that makes me confident they won’t come popping off while in the field.
