I bought this on Brainwavz official website. The pads did not provide more comfort than the stock earpads since the room in the earpad is small for my ears. I cannot wear it for more than 20 min. I contacted the customer service for the return, the representative told me I have to return it back to Hong Kong at my own shipping cost even I bought it in the US, the shipping cost is more expensive than the value of the earpad. I had to file a dispute to my credit card company. Please beware of the HORRIBLE return policy, If you want to try this, please buy it on Amazon in case you need to return it.

I was searching for earcups for my AKG headphones but didnt find anything until I saw this article which said that these are compatible. Its a bit tricky to change the earcups because the gap where the earcups fit in is a bit too small but after a little effort, I was able to fit it properly.

My old ear pads, the ones that came with the headphones, were peeling and generally falling apart. These new pads were reasonably priced, came in a choice of colors and showed up quickly. Definitely had to do some careful tugging and pulling to stretch them onto the headphones, but on the other hand you don’t want them falling off either. Once on they are comfortable and work just like the originals.

Lasted just over a year before the started to fall apart. Get the real thing.

Love these replacement pads. Not flimsy and I wasn’t afraid that it would tear while installing on headphones. Listened to the same music demo that my friend mixed - the background vocal sounded muffled on the old original Sony pads, while it sounded much clearer and crisper on the Brainwave pads. Very comfortable to wear as well. Haven’t done any extensive wearing yet so don’t know if it’ll get hot or uncomfortable.

These are fairly easy to install and feel comfortable. They look nice also. Ear replacement pads I have bought in the past tend to flake after a year. Im hoping these last longer. I do wear these every day so they will get a good test.

I have had the Sony MDR-7506 for 4-5 years, and I have replaced the earpads on them twice. The first time I ordered another product on amazon, and the first few weeks my head/ears were hurting until I broke them in. This product caused me no issues whatsoever and were comfortable even the first time I put them on. I do not have other brand new pads to compare the sound and noise cancellation qualities with, but I am happy with the product.

Easy to fit and feels better quality than Sony’s original pads.

I love these replacements. Very comfy. Easy to put on - a little puzzled by some comments that this was difficult. I hope they last a long time. I think the original ones were at least 25 years old!
