I had 2 lamps break & 1 burnout early. Brightech didnt have the 2500K replacements yet. Emily at Customer Service took it upon herself to find four bulbs & get them on order to . Meanwhile Amazon did get restocked in the 15 pack Brightech bulbs & I was able to get the spares that I wanted

we have a dimmer switch on our string of lights and these do NOT dim. However, we ordered these pretty last minute and did not have time to send them back so we just kept them on full power or off. No opportunity to dim or brighten as the night got darker.

I bought two 48 foot strings along with extra lights. Fantastic product and well made packaging around all the lights and wiring. After I strong all the lights up along my patio every light that came with the order worked. Two thumbs up.

3 lights were not working out of the package.

Extremely fragile bulbs

The bulbs are identical to the ones that can with the original line of lights I purchased two-three years ago. Hopefully, the replacements will last as long as the originals.

Good value, good looking product. Proud to display on my back porch.
