If the scene youre lighting is important, be prepared for a stark change from the incandescent bulbs youre replacing. These bulbs have a unique physical appearance and nothing about them felt cheap or thin. They will snug in nice and tight into their waterproof sockets. Installing all 15 from the box, no disappoints in their construction. The light...well dont expect the glee you experienced when you first plugged in your incandescent string. Do expect nearly double the lumen output and half the warmth of the incandescent bulb. If Ive simply traded some of my warmth for longevity and efficiency...Ill be a-okay.

These bulbs have been going strong for one month now. My only complaint is that I wish they were even more dim. 2 watts is still too much light to create a warm ambiance. Even so, these do save energy and should pay for themselves over the long term.

I have a lot of these lights around my house....probably 7 strings in back yard and 5 where around horses for feeding. I have had a lot burn out....I thought LED was suppose o last forever...these are only 1-2 years old and are not only constantly. I purchased 30 recently to replace the bulbs not working. 2 out of 30 did not work that I ordered...cant find a return policy. I had a hail storm since replacing these and need another 45. Not sure I will order these bulbs or not.
