I used this for my baby’s car seat. I really like that it fit nicely and the double opening to either close completely or to keep mesh opening to keep away flying bugs or to simply check in on baby. I don’t like that I have to always pull up the whole thing to buckle in car seat. My baby was born during this summer heat in Texas and I feel like this is too thick and hot for this weather. Much better for cooler/cold climates.

Color and design is exactly what I expected based on the picture provided by the vendor. There are two layers—a thick outer protective layer that can be zipped to reveal a mesh material to view my baby. The mesh material can also be zipped for easy access. The outer layer protects my baby from the brightness from the sun and also the heat from this years harsh summer. By unzipping the first layer, I was able to allow more breathability through the car seat. 4.5 stars

I bought this for bringing my newborn home from the hospital in the end of November. I wanted to make sure he would be warm enough and protected from the elements. This cover was even better than I anticipated. It is super soft on the inside. The elastic goes all the way around the car seat, so no cold breeze can get inside. There is two layers of the window section to see into it, the first layer is the same as the outside material, the second layer is mesh to see into how baby is doing (this would be very nice in the summertime to keep the mesh window closed to protect baby from bugs). Another great bonus to this cover is keeping baby protected from strangers. During this covid pandemic, you wouldn’t want strangers leaning towards baby to look at him/her. If the cover is closed, people are less likely to want to ask to see your baby. When I brought this cover up to my hospital room, all of the nurses were commenting on how great this cover is. That impressed me because they hadn’t seen one like it before, it was the best cover they had seen, and one nurse told me she wished she had one for her own baby. 10/10 would buy again
