Has blue spots all over it it is very soft and cute but item is not the quality I paid for I paid for a new car seat cover not one with stains all over it

This thing is great. I feel so much better taking my daughter out to the car in her car seat knowing that she’s protected from the elements. I think it insulates enough to keep baby warm without making them too hot (considering you have the appropriate number and thickness of layers on your child), and is great if it’s windy or whatever. I also like using it in public as an extra layer of protection from people who try to get too close especially because of the pandemic. It also makes a little cozy environment for her to nap in.
