I purchased Y cartridge from this seller. I open the box and put it in the printer. The printer kept stating to replace the cartridge I tried to reinstall it a few times without luck so I went to OfficeMax and purchased the cartridge and it worked. I sent an email to the seller. It took him exactly 48 hours to respond. I was asked if I shock the cartridge or if the cylinder was broken. I am not a techie and I told them I dont know. It does not work. Never heard back.

You get your money worth with this product, the quality is good and it’s easy to install. I don’t even bother going to the local stores to purchase my ink any more.

I have been ordering this product for several years! The quality is always good and the product is always delivered quickly!

Put these toner cartridges in my printer just 4 months ago and the yellow toner has leaked all over. I paid top dollar for OEM cartridges because the cheaper cartridges proved to be problematic. Well....expensive, OEM seems to be no better. Very sad and angry that my printer isnt printing properly and needs to be cleaned. Just called Brother and they only warranty the toner cartridge for 90 days. NO MORE BROTHER PRINTERS for me!
