Ordered twice. Cartridges came empty. No problem with returning money but it takes time.

Recently purchased these cartridges for a Brother printer we borrowed from a friend to test out. The boxes claim that they are good for approximately 1400 pages. After a little over 500 color copies of training material, the cyan cartridge is empty and the magenta in low on ink. Thats not even close to what is advertised. Very disappointed with this product! We definitely will NOT be purchasing a Brother laser jet printer.

We use our printer quite a lot and this is the second re-order of the cartridges. Easy to install, easy to return the empty cartridges, great price.

Put these toner cartridges in my printer just 4 months ago and the yellow toner has leaked all over. I paid top dollar for OEM cartridges because the cheaper cartridges proved to be problematic. Well....expensive, OEM seems to be no better. Very sad and angry that my printer isnt printing properly and needs to be cleaned. Just called Brother and they only warranty the toner cartridge for 90 days. NO MORE BROTHER PRINTERS for me!

I bought this genuine product from Amazon and it completely messed up my machine. I used the black one first because it ran out my entire machine went haywire. Now I cant even returned these expensive color ones.
