It’s a standard protein supplement, taste is okay, highly suggest mixing it with something that gives it flavor as the vanilla flavor is very, very plain. Other than that it does the job, helps me hit my protein goals, that’s all I really care about.

Better in milk than in water. In water it tastes like vanilla with a chemical cinnamon burn (kinda like drinking rum). Way better in milk. I ordered two more CnC because of the cost. Actually I have almost every flavor, except for strawberry. Are the others worth the extra $8.00?, that depends. I just wanted to try the rest, would I buy the ones that cost more down the road?, maybe. All of them taste pretty much by how they are labeled, CnC, Cin., S.C., P.B., G.C. and so on. Once was worth it but an extra $8.00 a jug, hum, I think not. I also ordered all three of the Amino X cola flavors. Cherry is the best, it tastes like old RC cola, not cherry though, LOL. Dr. Amino tastes like an eight times watered down Dr. Pepper and the regular Cola one is kinda harsh, it tastes like some odd root beer more than cola. BTW, I ordered that $2.00 sample (Amazon sent the sample) and then Amazon gave me $2.00 off of the Sugar Cookie jug. I also have the BSN fish oil caps, good stuff.

I researched a lot of protein powder and went with the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is a personal trainer. When I researched the powders I found they were loaded down with sugar. Seems sugar is overloaded in nearly everything that is a packaged product. This powder contains less than half the sugar this I was finding. I am over 50 and work out daily with a good balance of cardio and weigh lifting. I am not striving to be a huge muscled up guy, just want to maintain good health with better than average strength and maintain a lean body. Since I cut more than 90% of meat from my diet I use this to replace the protein, as well as my actual diet. I seems to be working well for me and I have no complaints. The flavor is great and easy to palate when drinking unlike it was in years past. The flavor technology is so much better and does not have that bitter taste as in the past. I use the Cookies and Cream and it is not a bad taste at all. I mix it with cold water from the fridge in a plastic cup with a plastic heavy ball shaker to mix the dry powder. It have no clumps and it dissolves well in water. I tend to like my drinks more on the thick side, so I use less water to make it this way. In all it is a good product.

This stuff is amazing!! I have tried quite a few protein powders out there and somehow I can never get passed the taste, their either too chalky or the flavor is not good.. Syntha has always delivered. I have tried syntha before and I wanted another protein powder that didn’t have a lot of carbs per serving and when I noticed that they had this one with only 6g of carbs per serving I knew I needed to try it, I was hesitant as I thought maybe less carbs would mean less flavor but boy was I wrong. This stuff is great! And I barely write reviews but I know how helpful they can be so if you love chocolate this is the one for you!

I used to use bsn protein powder about 10 years ago and it simply was the best tasting one out there. The downside always used to be the high sugar and carb content since I would follow a keto style meal plan. So 10 years later I decided to check it out again and saw the new edge version which is low carb and to my surprise the taste is still great. Simply love this brand, it mixes good and taste awesome, and one scoop per serving, can’t be beat.

Literally the best protein powder on the market. Ive had so many of BSN protein flavors & theyve all been insanely delicious & god tier.. Although.. when I blend the cookies and crème one all of my little choccy chips are at the bottom :(

One of the things that I look out in a protein is the taste, and this one is really good, I live it when I mix this protein powder with some frozen strawberries and it adds a creamy finish of my shake, as If I was having g a milk shake, wonderful

Mixes well and has a thicker consistency like a milkshake even when mixed with water

Tastes great and sits well. Digests well also. No gas or 30 minute run to the bathroom after taking like some Protein powder products.
