> 3 dayI have tried some protein shakes (I won’t say that a lot of them, but still some), and I think this might be the best I have tried. I LOVE it’s flavor, many other protein shakes taste weird or have a very disgusting blending texture, but this one dissolves into the milk quickly and smoothly, and the taste is amazing, it’s like drinking a Vanilla Ice Cream milkshake, I just love it. As for the quality, it seems to be a very good quality product, it does have some calories but they’re not much, is almost like taking a granola bar, and I mean, you really NEED some calories, and even more if you are going to the gym, and most of them are quite useful rather than “harmful” calories because most of them come from the protein itself, it has a little bit of carbohydrates but not much. I wish it had lower levels of cholesterol (they’re not very high but still would want it to be a little lower), but I also know that some cholesterol is actually necessary for your body, as all of the membranes of the cells have cholesterol in them. The protein itself seems to be from very high quality amino-acids, which are very important for real muscle growth. It’s very good because it also makes decrease my food craving and my appetite (which may be because of the high protein levels itself). And it does not give me any side or negative effects. The product content is quite good, and it will last very long, so for the price I think it’s very good. So far, so good, it really has helped me to gain some muscle at the gym, without gaining fat related weight, it has done it’s job, I love it. Would definitely recommend to buy.

> 3 dayThe product is good, but it doesnt taste natural at all (heavenly processed). Is not a bad taste, is just not natural. But for the price, 22g of protein per serving (It contains a total of 48 Serving per container) is a good deal. Downfall is that is a bit high In carbohydrates and Cholesterol for a protein shake. Also, it has 1g of added sugar (not good). I would suggest 1 to 2 scoop per day, no more then that. I notice When you take this right after a workout, you feel recover very fast, so is good if your interested in recovery quickly, which will lead to quicker gains, depending on your workout intensity and diet. I suggest you get this as a spare protein shake, not your main protein shake. Get this for when you run out of your main protein. I suggest you get a protein shake thats more natural and simple, like muscle milk, get it with 0 added sugar (and most of muscle milk contains vitamins and minerals, so thats a plus). I notice that prepare protein shakes are much better then powder protein shakes. Another good protein shake is Pure Protein Vanilla flavor but make sure you get it prepare version, not the powder. Overall, is good.

I have found the best concoction to be half Dymatize and half Syntha-6. It has a great flavor (a big step up from Dymatize alone) with the fullness Dymatize has to offer.

> 3 dayI’ve tried many protein powders before but this one is by far the best. It’s not like the regular protein powders that are thick and chalky, this protein powder is smooth and light I got the strawberry one and it tastes like strawberry milk.

> 3 dayI think this is my first time leaving a review in Amazon despite I am buying products from Amazon at least 3~4 products per week. For a quick note regarding my physical appearance, back in 7 years ago I was extremely overweight, started about 30% body fat, 38inch+ pants size, and even had a gout... I have been working out for almost more than 7 years and currently maintaining 10%~15% body fat. I am NOT a body builder nor heavy lifter at gym. I am just an electrical engineer going to gym/outdoor activities 5 times a week. My main workout routine is basically to maintain my body weight, muslce, and body fat as consistent as possible. So far I have tried Myotein, GNC AMP, Golds Gym Protein Powder (they stated FDA approved). This is my first time I tried BSNs brand and consuming for more than a month, I got to say I love the taste out of all the protein powder I tried. To be honest I am NOT an expert. I do NOT know all the specific ingredients and how they benefit to my body. Two things I love about this product compared to other protein powder (Myotein, GNC AMP, and Golds Gym Protein Powder) are, 1. The taste (I had Chocolate Milkshake). I do not taste Aspartame and today I just verified from the label that there is not. 2. The result. Since spring and summer is coming up, I am beginning my strict diet, trying to go down about 9~10% body fat from 15%~16% body fat. Along with my diet I have been drinking BSN Protein Powder and I am seeing better results (less muscle pain and faster recovery). Overall, I prefer this Protein Powder over all the protein powder I have bought. I honestly liked Golds Gym Protein Powder but they are $20 more expensive than this product.
