> 24 hourI let our company bought this POE Switch. When delivered, I opened the box and it felt kind of cheap, not smooth on the touch at all. I used it any way and tried to put a etnernet cable to the normal port, the port just sunk into the device and i was Whoo. Anyway there still other regular port left, i had no replacement and i just plugged into the still working port. Powered up the switch and used the POE port to a network device, then my devices ethernet port quit working. What the hell, thought im not hundred percent sure its this switch caused damage to my device, i felt its related, since my device is new and working just fine before relocate to this switch. So, my purchasing persenel will return this stuff for sure, future buyer be aware.

> 24 hourI purchased and installed the switch in the summer of 2020 to run a four megapixel camera system that I have running through my attic. I live in West Texas where the temperatures in the summer regularly reach over 100°F, which means my attic gets up to roughly 125° or higher. In the time Ive had to switch installed Ive had no issues whatsoever. Ive seen some people leaving negative reviews about the specs of this switch, saying it is not a true gigabit switch. This is true but it is clearly stated in the specs of the device. I purchased this model primarily due to its heat tolerance, and I have to say its done very well so far. It is absolutely worth the price they are asking for how well it seems to be built.

> 24 hourgood value and quality. I really like the self determining POE. Mix and match poe and other ethernet devices.

> 24 hourAwesome switch in general! Im using it for PoE IP cameras and its completely hassle-free. The DIN-rail mounting option is great for dense wall mounting or use inside an electrical panel. The sfp port is good for fiber uplinks, where you have several cameras at a remote location and use the gigabit fiber as a backhaul to your central switch. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourI have this outdoors in a water-tight enclosure powering five 8MP/4k PoE cameras running at 8Mbps each, recording continuously, with a gigabit uplink to my core switch where the NVR connects. Ambient temperature has been as low as the low 20s. It has been rock solid - not a single cut out in over a year. The size is great to fit into a relatively small enclosure, and provides all the performance and stability I need, and a great price point. Sure Id love VLAN support, but for the price point, this cant be beat. Be warned that the power brick is relatively large.
