> 3 dayI am sooooo disappointed. I haven’t used it yet so I can’t comment on its function but I definitely got a previously owned/used vacuum. If I’m paying almost $200 I expect it to come new. So upsetting. Pics show how I opened straight out of the box. UPDATE BELIFE messaged me and immediately tried to fix the situation. They let me keep the old vacuum so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of a return and promptly sent me a new vacuum at no charge. It arrived today and it’s in perfect NEW condition. I am very satisfied and they have amazing costumer service.

> 3 dayGave it 4 stars because nobody believes 5 star reviews. This is great machine. Very intelligently designed. On off trigger switch with touch speed ( 3 speed) adjustment at you fingertips. Plenty of power, cleans well and very easy to maneuver. Charging is simple either battery alone or attached to machine, Dirt receptacle opens and detaches with a trigger pull for easy cleaning and feels secure and tight when reattached. Even the attachments are thoughtfully designed. Overall, a very well thought out machine. I havent used it enough to judge durability or battery life but I would recommend this for anyone needing a secondary medium use vacuum.

> 3 dayI really like and enjoy this vacuum. The only negative thing I can say is that the suction part is too light and needs more weight, as it tends to flip up very easily. But overall Im very pleased with it and that it hangs on the wall without taking up floor space. The suction is good and its very light.

> 3 dayThis thing is perfect to use for quick spot vacuuming especially for dog hair. The battery lasts a while so you do not have to continually charge it. Good suction. The canister is a little on the small side and does not hold that much. Emptying it is easy although if you remove the whole canister from the unit, it is a little tricky to re-attach it. The mountable storage/charging caddy is flimsy and I do not expect it to last very long.

> 3 dayI’ve never owned a Dyson because of the obvious obnoxious retail price. I just couldn’t bring myself to spending that much on a vacuum especially after hearing some bad reviews from family that had certain models. So I saw this on an ad on Facebook and read the reviews, I always take a chance on Amazon because they are so easy going with returns if you’re not satisfied. However I doubt I’ll be returning this! I have 2 messy kids a very hairy dog and muddy paws in my house everyday, oh and 2 cats. The battery charges fast but does also lose its life quickly on the strongest suction setting which I was aware of and only need that option on my shag rug. Other then that the regular suction or second level is fine throughout the house which is wood and tile. The vacuum also has a light on the head guiding to all the extra hair and debris you didn’t think was there which is cool. I’ve used the attachments as well and they work fine. I would say the skinnier head when using it as a handheld gets a little funky if you’re using it on the strongest setting and sucking up let’s say a couch or bed it turns off after saying something is stuck. I think it’s just because it’s sucking so hard on a close surface you have to use s lighter setting or not push so hard against the surface. Also it’s an adjustment at first because while it is so light the canister top half is heavy but you get used to it. I love that it’s height adjustable, quieter then a regular vacuum and it cleans up quickly. Fits in my tiny closet and I take it around my house with ease. I also love that I feel like my house is actually getting cleaned up I can see the dirt getting sucked into the head with the light. I would buy 3 of these over a Dyson any day.

> 3 dayI got this to vacuum my apartment. We dont have nay fancy carpet but it also not that doctors office waiting room carpet either. its right in the middle when it comes to thickness. It does NOT work on the carpet at all. it could barely pick up my cat food and when i put it on the highest setting for suction, not only could it not pick up the cat food but it died trying. it just pushed everything around and spread everything out.maybe this is meant for barefloor and if it is, they should not advertise is as being able to do carpet as well because thats not the case with this thing at all. the pros are, its ridiculously lightweight, and super slim so it can fit almost anywhere easily. but as far as using it on carpet, i say absolutely not

> 3 dayBeen using vacuum for 3 weeks now. Very happy with the vacuum. I would recommend getting a second battery. I did and its well worth it. The funny part of it all is that you have a tendency to turn around and look for the cord. There isnt one! Customer support is also top notch. Super Easy to clean and the wall caddy stores all attachments along with the vacuum. Charger connector can also be attached to wall caddy, so all you do is place vacuum into caddy and it starts charging. Couldnt be easier.

> 3 dayworks GREAT on dog hair on hardwood floor. Does not work very well on carpets, not strong enough. maneuvers very well and is easy to get under and around furniture. over all really like this vacuum. Good value for $ if you are using it on hardwood floors

> 3 dayUPDATE: This vacuum is very sturdy, though a bit heavier than my previous one. In my previous post, I said “suction is decent, but the wand is too short.” The seller answered quickly that the wand length was adjustable…a feature not on my previous stick vacuums. Adjustment was easy and fixed the problem completely. Nice feature. Kudos! Product exceeds my expectations for a vacuum in this price range.
