I bought this vacuum after my last $400 vacuum quit, and I am beyond impressed. I highly recommend.

For the price its a good buy. So far its done a good job. Im hard to please but i would buy again.

I liked it at first and worked really well but only charged once and then it didn’t charge again. I called the customer service number and they game me a replacement battery but the same thing happened. Not worth the money for only a couple uses Update:so the customer support reached out to help with the problem. They sent a new charger and I just received it today and it works great, hopefully it will last

Didnt give 5 stars because the floor brush tends to lift up from the floor.

The suction on this vacuum is amazing. I also love how lightweight it is and how easy it glides on either carpet or hard floors. The battery, however, doesn’t last. On my first use, I used the vacuum on the max suction (for carpet) and the battery lasted maybe 10 minutes. I also don’t like where the canister empty lever is - as soon as I got done vacuuming, instead of hitting the power trigger I accidentally his the canister empty trigger instead and dumped everything I had just vacuumed back on the floor. **update to add: The seller reached out and offered to send me a free second battery and a new dust cup. With a second battery, I get double the vacuuming time, however the dust cup emptying trigger still is an issue - I just have to be very careful to make sure I’m hitting the power trigger rather than the dust cup trigger. I still love the suction and ease of use if this vacuum.

What I like: - swivels nicely - relatively quiet - small and compact (surprisingly small) - charge lasts a while - easy to transport around the house What I dislike: - doesn’t suction very well even on the highest setting - doesn’t have bristles but has a foam roller instead - expensive for the lack of effectiveness of product - works well for a small apartment but not for a house Overall, this is a fine vacuum for an apartment or single person or a couple but not effective enough for a family. I have a kitten but he hardly sheds so I don’t know how this would work against pet hair. I find myself rolling over small crumbs several times to try to get them up which is frustrating. It doesn’t suction kitty litter very well, we have a cat mat outside of the kitty litter box and this can’t suction the litter from it, which is really disappointing. I don’t think this vacuum should be valued over $50. It is very portable and easy to use but it just doesn’t get the job done very well.

This vacuum is great for cleaning up a quick mess or vacuuming the whole house. I used it to vacuum the whole house and it worked great! However it is sort of small so took longer. It didn’t cover a very wide area. It worked great on carpet and the flooring. It would be perfect for anyone living in smaller spaces or who have children or pets for spills. I would buy it again.

**Edit - I can not even begin to tell you how wonderful the customer service and support is at this company. I was frustrated as I stated below, and I know it is something I did wrong. My unit had a clog in it somewhere that I just simply couldnt find, likely because I vacuumed up something that the machine was not designed to handle thanks to my lovely four legged children. Customer service and support has been quick to respond and is sending me a replacement that should arrive today. I will make sure that I pay attention to what I am picking up with this one so I dont have another issue - again - the problem was ME not THEM but they totally took care of it for me So far it seems a bit frustrating, but I will be the first to say I am not a patient person. I seem to be spending a great deal of time taking it apart to clear the debris for the suction. Got aggravated and just got out the big vacuum and put this in the closet. Maybe later I will try again
