> 3 dayI have a rig setup in my garage to pull the hitch out of the back of my truck and this device makes it easy to lift the whole ensemble without breaking it apart. Lock it in and hook it up to a block and tackle.

> 3 dayGood product, just hard to get a chain through if you have a hook on it. Wish the hole was a bit wider to accommodate.

> 3 dayThis is such a simple solution for lifting your 5th wheel hitch out of (or into) your truck bed. It’s a solid, all metal device that’s so easy to use I would recommend this tool to anyone with a tractor or a winch.

> 3 dayI bought this to use with my shop hoist typically used to pull engine. With this device I can roll hoist up to truck rear tailgate down, in and hook to directly pull B&W Companion, foll out the sit on rack I built on wheels to store. No more struggling with my back to pull. This is perfect and worth the money. To use it you will need to be able to back under a chain hoist or use shop hoist.

> 3 dayAs an older guy, I used to remove my B&W Patriot hitch from the bed of my truck in one of two ways. Sometimes I would remove the top part and then the bottom part so I could remove them separately so it wasnt so heavy. Other times, I would wrap a strap around the whole hitch and using an electric winch that I have attached to a joist in my garage, lift it out. This way was sometimes challenging because the hitch wasnt balanced and the tabs that fit into the rails would bind up and wouldnt come out. Neither way was ideal. The B&W Fifth Wheel Hitch Lifting Device works great! It took seconds to attach to the jaws and when I lifted it out with my winch is was balanced well so the hitch came out of the rail slots perfectly. I then set it down on a wood dolly and rolled it to where I store it when not in use. Its a little pricey for what it is and what it does but Im very glad I bought it. I left it in the hitch jaws so when I want to put the hitch back in my truck, its ready to go. Im very glad I bought it!
