Great gloves!
> 3 dayThese gloves fit great when I first got them. They’ve become even more comfortable has they have broken in and still retained their protection. I always worry when gloves feel great before they break in as it seems they break down from a protection stand point. Wrist support is really good and the gloves are holding up very well. Great fit, feel & protection especially at the price point. Also look great if you care about that while sweating you butt off!

> 3 dayYou don’t find gloves that feel this good at this price. Firm and feels good to use. Leather quality is top notch, has that fresh Italian leather smell too. Really love this

> 3 dayI LOVE these boxing gloves. LOVE. Ive been on the hunt for gloves to hit my heavy bag at home for quite some time. I ordered this pair from Byakko. I couldnt be more pleased. Buy them. Seriously. Heres what I love (and I love a lot): Theyre very well made. They have a secure velcro closure around your wrist so you can put these on and take them off by yourself with no issues. Theyre very easy on and off. I used them to hit my Waveform heavy bag in my home gym. I was wailing on the bag and hitting it harder than I ever hit it before. I almost knocked it over. My hand and wrist felt protected the whole time. They really allowed me to unleash my power in my punches. Prior to this, I used a more MMA-style bag glove and my wrists and knuckles took a beating with those. I have large hands and bought the 16oz gloves and they fit perfectly. Not tight. Not loose. I also did not find the 16oz gloves to be too heavy to throw punches. Perfect weight. I love the thoughtful features like the bag these gloves come in. I took pictures of the bag because its a great way to store them and the bag is vented so your gloves wont sit in there with no air venting into the bag. Its a small thing, but its a thoughtful thing to add. If youre looking for a great pair of boxing gloves stop looking and order these. The company even gives you their email address in the bag to address any concerns you may have directly. Great job Byakko!

Greater than one weekI was so excited to get my Byakko Boxing Gloves. Im kind of a newbie with boxing but once I got these gloves on and used them at the local gym, I was hooked. They fit....well....like perfectly fitting gloves. I will definitely buy these again...but it may be a while because look and feel so well made and the material is super high quality.

> 3 dayThese gloves are amazing. I got the 16 oz ones for sparring and they hold up like no other. The wrist support and the padding supports your hands and protects your partners face! Definitely going to be grabbing more stuff from these guys in the future.

> 3 dayThese gloves feel great, look great and maintain their original look, feel and appearance after many hours of hard core use. BY FAR the most durable, best looking and premium leather gloves Ive ever used. No need for any other brand of gloves with these in my bag.

> 3 dayFirst things first. I add the real cons to the gloves in this review because...thats what I do. So stay tuned, itll be a balanced show. Lets start. You arent paying a hundred bucks. Youre paying half that. And youre getting a glove that hits with gloves over double this price point. But lets talk about what you get for two quarters. The leather is soft, smooth and supple. That means if you put your hand in and squeeze its not noisy or cheap feeling. The leather has a nice feel to it. Not a cheap painted or fake feel when you first pick them up. The stitching is double stitched. Near flawless. Velcro strap is long. Easy to wrap tight around your wrist. My cons? They smell like ink when you open them. Not good wrist padding. Feels stiff. Cardboard like. It isnt likable to be honest. Handbox is loose, which isnt a deal breaker and is common at this price but I prefer tighter. The glove response leaves something to be desired with a loose handbox. However. No glove at this price has these points well addressed so I dont feel thats totally fair to ding only these gloves on. Ill also ding them on no color selection. You picked weight only. Looks matter too. Also this is the softest glove youll find at this price. Soft enough that sparring is easy and affordable without being the kid with the cheap brick gloves. These would be my first, second and third for a kid on a budget doing contact at the gym. A con for soft gloves like these is for a 200lb+ man you MIGHT hit hard enough to feel slight discomfort on very heavy or hard bags. But then again, a glove good for sparring is usually less good on a heavy bag and vice versa so you cant win them all. Its basic glove padding 101. Id say most children in the teenage or so ranted will have no issue using these for both. Overall, beats the competition out to triple the price and punches with them even so. I have my preferences but if I started from scratch these would be my first choice.
