> 3 dayThey worked fine but just make sure you purchase them for knob-type cabinet door because if you have the handle type of hardware then these will not work for you.

> 3 dayThese are easy to install and use and do a pretty good job of keeping the cabinet doors closed. However a bright older toddler could quickly figure out the mechanism to open it. It does require two hands to open it so you probably have until 3 years old before they would not work as a deterrent anymore. If appearance is important to you, then know that these are very visible on the outside of your cabinet, however very easily removed when you do not need them. Also you do not need anything else like 3M tape or screws to install and use.

> 3 dayThe locks work well on my small kitchen and bathroom knobs as well as on my French office doors with regular size door knobs. I’m hoping the are tough enough to stand. I bought the 8 inch.

> 3 dayPerfect for cat proofing cabinets. If my cats wrote the review, they would tell you how much they suck. Too easy to latch, to hard to open with no thumbs... Or fingers.

15-11-2024UPDATE AUG. 2022 - they seem to break pretty easily! I have had to throw some of them away because the connector part breaks, and then it’s really hard to get them open… they almost get jammed and become unusable. This has happened three times. These doo-dads are simple enough for us (grownups) to remove in seconds, but impossible for our one-year-old to do the same. Our cabinets are now protected from our Terror Tot, and life is good! I no longer have to worry about the kid wreaking havoc on the spice rack and getting Italian seasoning all over the floor from her escapades in cabinet exploration. I have read reviews about other similar contraptions not working or being difficult for adults to open and close, but this particular one is great quality and does the job we asked it to do. Plus, the white matches our cabinets, so you can really hardly even tell they’re there!

> 3 dayI love the fact that I didn’t have to drill anything. I have a 2-year and I can’t conveniently store my cleaning agents in the lower cabinets and not worry about her going into it.

> 3 dayNot top quality but for your money you get a decent product. Its easy to use for adults but a good deterrent for toddlers. Note: if your toddler gets super determined these are just plastic and can be broke . Im glad I bought them

> 3 dayI dont write reviews very often, but Im so excited about these! At first I was worried, because the opening is bigger than the knobs, but the 2 lips that hug the knobs (shown in first picture) prevent it from coming off, unlike other types I have tried! The plastic bars could probably snap with an adults force (it would have to be intentional, not with regular usage), but my 2yr old definitely couldnt do it, and hes pretty strong. They are very easy to operate for adults and even older children, so I dont need to assist them every time. This even worked for my fridge, which I didnt have a plan for yet, sooo major bonus! No more spilled cereal, or my son getting into the medicine cabinet, spice cabinet, or fridge, when mommy is in the bathroom, or busy with a sibling...so happy today!

> 3 dayThese little things are GREAT! I wish I had gotten them long ago as it would have saved us a ton of trouble with our now two year old. We use one in the stand alone pantry and in in the bathroom. We have two extras and will likely take them all with us to the in-laws in Wisconsin when we visit for Christmas. You can tighten them by sliding the middle piece more to the left, or have it looser so it’s easier to slide off.
