Decent price, solid built and the tie wrap mounts are great.

I looked at alot of keystone based patch panels for my home networking rack and finally settled on this one from Cable Matters. Great price/value for what you get, and the strain relief bar along the backside is perfectly spaced, and notched for small zip ties (which come with the panel too, nice little addition). The keystone ports snap in easily and once in, dont have any wiggle. All in all, I would buy this one again the next time I need to have a modular keystone patch panel.

I ordered three of these for a large project and I am extremely disappointed they came without mounting hardware. I can do without the wire ties to secure cables, but now I must shop for the machine screws to mount the things.

I previously bought the older patch panel where you have to crimp the wires directly to it. Thats painful to do, uncomfortable, and subject to problems when youre trying to manoeuvre the panel around a tight area with limited cable lengths and room for error - I had a few cables get loose a few times due to exerted pressure because of that. However, this new one is DEFINITELY worth 5 stars in my eyes. Its so much easier to setup. You just hook your keystones to your cables, whilst sitting comfortably sipping your home brew, and clip them onto the panel when done. You can clip them off, move them around, untangle the cables, et al.

Using this to patch between switches and other devices.

Like the idea of a unload patch panel. Much easier to use than a preloaded panel. I have since purchased 2 more of these.

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I installed Leviton keystone Jacks that I already had. They fit great. There is a place to cable tie each cable. I still need to straighten up my wires but this is much better than the three junction boxes I had before.
