Cabosil - Fumed Silica Thickener in Quart Tub

This was my first time using thickened epoxy. It was easy to use and worked great.

Used this to fix the edge of an Epoxy countertop. This is my first time using this and itv helped me resolve my issue

Did exactly what I wanted too.

Bought to thicken epoxy and liquid hide glue. Worked well for both to reduce excessive squeeze out and running in complex joints. Did not affect set time.

It really thickens the resin well. I let mine sit for a few minutes before adding the hardner. Seems to completely dissolve then.

Hard as a rock

I used this with epoxy to thicken it. It did work but it didn’t dry clear almost an off white color. Not sure if that’s normal or not. It worked for what I needed to get done.

I am a fly fisher and I can use this product for dry fly fishing. The powder is very expensive at fly shops.

Works with epoxy and gel coat. Sands easily. Perfect for athickening agent.

It did exactly what I bought it for.
