> 3 dayI was super excited to receive this bag. I use these types for purses because Im not a fan of fancy/expensive purses. So imagine my disappointment when it arrived and I opened the box to find that it was defective. The snap was broken and there was a rip where the snap use to be. After a day, I printed the return label and the company contacted me by email requesting a picture of the damage. Apparently its an issue that needs addressing since its not the first time defective items get shipped out. Other than that, it was a cool looking bag. Sturdy enough to take a beating and still stay intact.
