There’s definitely an adjustment getting used to this poncho when strapping your child in the car seat. It’s a lot of fabric on a 14 month old. My problem with this particular one is the very stiff Dino spikes. He will never wear it reversible because of them and even the other way they still poke his head while in the car seat.

I have an 11 month old who hates putting his arms into coats..this is seriously amazing from a Boutique! Warm and easy to throw over his head in the car seat to take him out in the cold. Its brilliant.

This is an amazing idea and I am so thankful for it. It slips over my 1yr old with ease. No messing with tiny little hands in arms of a coat, then back off for the car seat. It’s soft and warm. I get stopped all the time and asked about it and send everyone here.

We purchased this poncho for our 4 year old daughter after she broke her arm and wasnt able to wear traditional winter coats due to the cast. Its large enough for her (42, 40lbs) with room to grow. Fleece material is high quality, washes well and looks adorable. Its also great for use with her carseat even though that wasnt the main purpose for our purchase. Highly recommend!

Love it! Probably too big for under 12 months but you can make it work. The product is nicely stitched and good quality thick fleece that wont get fuzzy after washing. I highly recommend and already bought one as a gift.
