Greater than one weekI am so happy we bought and used this car seat strap on our trip to Mexico. I was concerned we would be struggling to lug the heavy and awkward car seat from the airport to the rental car to the ferry and back again but this product made is SO easy. It secured well to our carry-on roller bag and did not flop around. We have a Graco Contender 65 convertible car seat. Our daughter is 34 lbs and I wouldn’t suggest putting her in it and wheeling it around while it is attached. That would be too much pressure on the handle of the roller bag. This might work for some people with smaller children although the instructions say not to put children in the car seat while it is attached to the bag. I did rate the durability with 3 stars because the material was almost cut entirely through on the far end after our trip on the ferry. Not sure what happened but it is still usable and even if it wasn’t I would still buy another one because it is so convenient. Sometimes you never know what baggage handlers do with your luggage but in this case they were less than careful. I would highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayIt will carry the car seat but if you have a soft suitcase, it will crush it. Lol. I ended up returning & will look for a better option for me.

> 3 dayAs always, things work better when you read the instructions. Our first time using it, the carseat hung down too far and swung around. It wouldnt have done that if wed used it properly, lol. But do be careful about letting the extra part of the strap dangle when youre pulling it. Ours got run over and destroyed, so we probably can now only continue to use it on smaller suitcases rather than being able to pull it to its full size for use on big suitcases.

20-11-2024This is a must have for taking car seats onto planes. Without this device, I wouldn’t have had enough body parts to carry a baby on my back and to roll around a carryon with a car seat and a diaper bag attached while showing the gate attendant two boarding passes. You could technically put the baby in the car seat while you lug it around, but you have to unattached it when you go through TSA and the plane rows are a bit narrow to maneuver with a baby in it. You could make a contraption with a couple of O rings, but it was just easier for me to buy it since it wasn’t too expensive. The only complaint? I had was that it was orange and not yellow as in the picture. No big deal. Got the job done.

Greater than one weekHeld the toddler seat with my kid in it. It worked better on a large roller bag but I was also able to make it work on a carry on sized bag. It does make the weight distribution different though so the bag becomes very heavy to pull. The wheels on one bag wore down a bit but it was an old bag anyways so who knows if it was the added weight or just the end of its life. A lot of people were impressed with this as we went through the airport and I would recommend it.

Greater than one weekI was prepared to leave a scathing review. I strapped my son’s Britax car seat to my medium sized carry on and was trying to lug it through the airport and security. The seat kept sliding down and dragging on the ground making it near impossible to move both items at the same time. I was so frustrated! I then read the reviews….THE D RING! Y’all, this is a game changer. I hooked the anchors of the car seat onto the D ring and was ready to rock and roll! I think my Britax car seat is a little bulkier than most other brands therefore making it still a little difficult to pull, but it was much better. This strap is a good accessory for its purpose. I can see multiple uses for it and am glad I bought it.

> 3 dayBelieve me, you need this belt to carry the car seat around your luggage, it makes it so much easier if you dont want to check it in. I didnt know what my wife was talking about and thought this was not needed but its a game changer!

> 3 dayRarely do I take the time to review a product, but let me tell ya, this thing was a life saver in the airport! The strap is sturdy, holds tight, and has a ring to clip the tether strap to, which makes all the difference, as it helps keep the car seat elevated off the ground. I do think it could hold a child, but we instead used a stroller for our toddler (to be safe) and used this as a complete luggage system for the airport. It allowed us to carry two carry on bags, the car seat and a duffel bag, with ease. This will make your airport gate venture much more efficient! I will never have a car seat in the airport without this.

> 3 dayI used this strap to secure TWO car seats to an umbrella stroller (I had a cheap $20 umbrella stroller from Babies-R-Us that is about 4 years old). Our travel car seats are the Cosco Scenera NEXT Convertible Car Seat and the Cosco Finale 2-in-1 Booster Car Seat. They are lightweight seats so I was able to stack them in the umbrella stroller, use this strap to secure them, and then push the car seats through the airport using the stroller. I was even able to secure my 2.5 year toddler in to the convertible car seat while everything was strapped to the stroller. I cannot recommend this strap enough; it is such a hassle to take car seats through airports but this made it about a million times easier than prior trips.

> 3 dayThis thing is a HUGE lifesaver at the airport. Our Extend2Fit car seat fit perfectly in our umbrella stroller (Maclaren) and this strap made traveling through the airport a breeze. It is a sturdy, thick strap & the buckle seems super strong & durable, I have no concerns about it breaking or anything like that. 10/10 recommend!!!!
