It’s a large capsule, but easy to swallow.

The EPA part of Omega 3 blocks inflammatory cytokines and is said to act like an Nsaid. 3 of these a day is my treatment for chronic wrist pain from a broken wrist. There are no side effects like stomach problems that Nsaids have. Two a day is adequate for pain relief, but 3 a day works better. At one a day I still have chronic pain. I trust the quality of this product because of third party testing.

Great fish oil. No burps so I cant say about the flavor.

I find this product makes me very sick to my stomach...I cant function at all for hours after taking it. I am very upset because it states its returnable but when I tried to return it I was told its not returnable...buyers beware

Some previous brands of fish oil have caused me to burp frequently producing an after taste. Carlson’s however does neither which to me is worth the extra money.

I’ve been taking these for years so I’ve purchased many bottles. I have multiple challenges with my eyes and my eye dr recommend this brand. I’ve never had an issue with any kind of taste.

If you are looking for a very good quality fish oil supplement, this is the one!

Best fish capsules every! No fish burps and can tell the difference with them versus other store bought fish capsules. Will buy again
