Caron One Pound Solids Yarn, 16oz, Gauge 4 Medium, 100% Acrylic - Black- For Crochet, Knitting & Crafting ( 1 Piece )

I bought this in blue and black to crochet a double threaded rug. Its working well, I do like this yarn, but I discovered there is lots of blue left over. This is the second time I have experienced this using the one pound skeins. As much as I use this yarn and do enjoy it for my projects that need to be a bit on the tough side, I cant give it more that 3 stars for not being more accurate in the amount of yarn each skein contains.

I usually use Redheart, and tried Caron one pound, unfortunately there were Several Joined end stitches. Unsatisfactory, guess Ill stick to Red Heart ??

I bought these to do yarn braids, and I’ve had them in for a month. I’d recommend buying two if you want long (like navel length) braids

Twas a lot of yarn. I used it to make wall spider webs at my house for Halloween....and it worked perfectly. Package arrived super fast. Very happy with my purchase.

Making an afghan for my son

price, quality, and quantity met my needs/wants

Its cheap and you can tell. Maybe Im spoiled spending money on softer yarns but I expected this to be a bit better than red heart. The afghan Im working on is stiff and has no drape. Had to order different yarn.
