> 3 dayI bought this yarn and really love it. Was going to buy it again and the price doubled on the black in a few weeks. I will wait until Im finished with the project Im working on and if it hasnt gone down by then I will probably order a different brand, which is a bummer, but double?? Thats just hard to swallow.

> 3 dayI love Caron 1 pound yarn. I use a lot of it. It is May and I have made five afghans since the end of February. As far as the drape is concerned I wash all of my afghans when Im finished crocheting and the drape is wonderful . The problem Im having with the black I ordered is that it looks like a charcoal gray instead of a nice deep black. The picture they show is a deep black . It is not what I received. Luckily I have a Red Heart black that I will use since I dont need much of the color. I do love this yarn and highly recommend it. This is the only one I ordered where the color is off.

> 3 dayThis yarn was precisely what I expected it to be when it arrived in a timely manner. it is working perfectly for the afghan I wanted to make, and I would most definitely order this yarn again for a future afghan. I added this product to my list of favorite yarns for future reference.

Greater than one weekLovely yarn for big projects. However- The acrylic fibres tend to felt with themselves whilst wound in that massive skein, which made detangling a nightmare. When it got stuck, I had to pull its guts out like a sea cucumber to release the yarn from itself. To avoid this, I would recommend NOT leaving it in the skein, but wind it up into a ball so that it wont get stuck inside of itself. Another thing- if you intend to wear the project you use this yarn for, know how to take care of it to get the most out of it. After finishing your project, handwash it with mild detergent and a healthy dose of fabric softener. It could probably do just fine in the washing machine, but the first wash is crucial for the projects stability. Overall, good yarn for a good deal. Just be prepared for some initial tlc
