Im not in any way a professional crocheter. But I have been crocheting for five years now. Im not really picky abowhat yarn I use. I do however like this yarn. Not only is it easy to work with and the color is consistent throughout the whole skein, it doesnt fray. It works really well for the items I make. I recommend this brand of yarn.

Good buy when you can find your color in the one pound.

This yarn is a bit rougher, tougher than some of the softer yarns. This makes it a great yarn to use for toys or stuffed animals when you want them to be firm and stand up. I make small greyhounds and you can see the one to the left is made from a softer yarn and does not stand up as well.

We purchased this yarn for our son who makes hats. My autistic son loves yarn is using it for his hats that he sells. The yarn is soft and durable. Works great for the hats he makes!!

Made sweaters. Except for occasional knots where breaks had occurred, the yarn is soft and snugly.

This yarn is reliably high quality. It’s softer than it’s competitors, and the colors are great. I use this for huge projects for which wool would be prohibitively expensive, and five or so pounds in the past yielded a circular blanket that’s over 6 feet in circumference.

Not very soft, feels stiff. Six ounce skein of simply soft feels smooth, almost sleek. The best thing I can say about this yarn is that it is less prone to unraveling than the simply soft yarn. But I wouldn’t use it for a blanket or apparel.
