For spot cleaning, this does a fair enough job. I do find that it puts down more water than I would like, and you can’t adjust this setting. It takes a while for the warm water to travel the hose so be aware of that. The vacuum function is pretty good, but I find that it really only pulls the water out of the fabric in turbo mode, so I always run it that way. Good selection of vacuum heads. Downside--this appliance is not ETL, cULus or CSA safety certified—this is an automatic one star downgrade. This appliance combines both a heating element AND water, so you want something that is safe. This is especially true as your hands will come in contact with the water as the unit is running. Troubling.

I got this item because I have 3 young kids and an indoor/outdoor cat and live in the country. Mud is my life! First use wasnt for mud however it was for a carseat that my nephew through up on. It worked great getting in to even the smallest little crevices with the different brush sizes. I love the temperature options. Very easy to set up and take apart. My only complaint and it isnt a major one is if I dont use all of the clean water it is more difficult to empty that container completely to dry. The dirty eater receptacle had a different lid and ensures all the water comes out. The clean water one has a small opening on the lid and I had to take a towel in to soak up the moisture. Overall though extremely happy with my purschase.

Well hard high hopes but total disappointment! The spray from the wand is so Narrow that it’s half the width of the smallest attachment which means you have to go over the area twice to get a single stroke cleaned . Suction is mid at best , going to return the unit

It is great for upholstery and carpet cleaning if you use water and soap. It works well beyond my expectations, the water coming out of this vaccuum cleaner is incredibly dirty and gross, but that shows how well this product works. The instruction manual is pretty simple and all the parts are in fine working order. There are different accessories from different functionalities. The suction power is incredibly powerful and the motor must be working really really well for it to have that kind of power. It sucks quite deep into the fibres of the fabric, and pulls out dirt from deep within the fabric. The product itself is also quite strong and durable, and the material quality is great. Very happy with it!

Ok, first thing I have to say is that I have used a few different brands of portable cleaning machines over the last several years, professionally and for personal use. This is a good machine so far as I have only used it once but there were four things i noticed right away from opening the box to first use. One is the spray pattern on the nozzle, it’s way to narrow! It needs to spray at least as wide as your smallest attachment when in contact with the surface to be cleaned. Second is the cord, it’s great that it’s long but the plug needs to have a cord snap so it can attach to itself instead of having to pull it through itself or some other method to keep it from unraveling. Third is how about a carrying case or some kind of bag for the machine and attachments for taking it on the go or storage? And finally the power, I doubt I’ll be using it in reguar suction mode. The turbo setting will be my choice every time I use it. That being said I will say this is a pretty nice looking machine and it does perform well.

This bad boy does a great job of cleaning up carpet stains stains on the chair. I put it to work right away when I got it and Im really glad I got it. Heats up real quickly, just as a terrific job. Great suction! Im really glad I got it

I honestly would give this six stars if I could I love that you can turn on the heat and shampoo with extra hot water. I have five dogs and I couldnt wait to get it to shampoo my couch. Was very happy with the outcome. I will be doing my car next.

The quality it’s so low for the price … not warm even hot water… buying this product is just wasted money…

Seriously so amazing. I used in my car and the upholstery looks brand new. The suction power is awesome too! I honestly can’t wait to have time to tackle the other things i want to shampoo around the house!
