velcro strap on side pocket fell off, anyone knows where to replace them ?

The zipper to the area where the shoes are inserted broke on the first time using it.

Works great for my suits. The zippers are a little wonky, and only time will tell if they are durable, but so far I am very happy with the product.

Will update after I travel with it a few times. Arrived on time. nicely packaged, video directions are clear. since I ordered the mens version, I thought it would be larger, but it is the dimension noted on the site.

Packed light for a 2 day trip ! I could barely zip it up to work as a duffle bag. Trip home was worse could not zip up and eventually the zipper broke. Disaster for the price I paid!

The product is excellent for a quick trip. It very easy to carry.

I love this carry on bag. Very roomy and I love the built in garment bag. I will be using this for weekend trips and quick getaway flights.

Held a business jacket, 2 pair of pants, 2 shirts, dress shoes and everything else needed for a business trip

We had a wedding and didn’t want to risk suit and dress being lost in checked bags. Arrived at B&B unpacked with no wrinkles.

I was able to travel with a sport coat,4 shirts, 6 underwear , socks and two pairs of shoes easily and very limited wrinkling. It has outer pockets that I didn’t have to use. It looks sharp and was allowed to carry onto commuter flight. On return flight I had to check it in and it came back in great shape. I recommend highly.
