It made the outbound leg, but one of the wheels broke on the return leg on its very first trip... at 43 lb. Otherwise, very maneuverable, maybe a little too much as it liked to roll away if I wasnt careful with it. The outside scratched, but is expected. The wheel breaking is not.

Bought this suitcase because I needed a carry-on bag that would fit a budget carriers sizing, which is a bit smaller than my existing carry-ons. This is a very smartly put together bag, light but durable and has TSA locks, with 4 zip compartments on the inside. Definitely worth the price.

So far I’m enjoying the suitcase. It’s a tad smaller than the typical soft side carry-on bag so you have to be pretty good at packing. It does not expand nor does it have extra pockets on the outside. I’m a big guy-with larger shirts, shorts, etc…and I can pretty easily get 6 days worth of cloths (6 t shirts, 2–3 shorts, socks/undies) plus a toiletry bag into it.

I would never leave a bad review, but this is just awful. This is an expensive item and you tried to pass it off as new. Not okay.

After one trip, there are already many scratches on it. But the bag is beautiful. The wheels are very smooth, makes it easy to push. As for durability, it remains to be seen.

Really love these cases. They made a multi-stop trip to Europe so much more enjoyable. The wheels run smoothly. Even though the shell looks fragile, it held up 100 percent. I highly recommend these cases and I like the colors, too.

Just back from a twelve day trip to Europe and Im glad I went with carry-on only with a cross-body sling bag fitting nicely over the handles.

This is a very stylish carry on, but if you are a person that likes spacious carry on dont buy this....

Would never order this again. Not even a year old. 4 flights later and already have to duct tape cracks in the luggage. Purchased two and both have cracks.

This was a returned item that was resold as new in box.
