As a former luggage sales manager, this luggage went beyond expectations in every way. Going forward, the rest of my luggage will be Level 8

I love everything about this carry-on! Both insides zip to keep everything in place along with two zipper sides for small things.

Have flown multiple times with the luggage; checked and carry on. Has held up every well no major issues. Wheel rolled smoothly and is simple to handle. The inside of the luggage is slightly smaller than my last one, however it still fits everything I need to carry.

Too expensive! also something barely fits in, some similar size cheaper brands can fit much extra stuff as compared to this . Overall feels nice on hands, the quality and design looks good

I bought the suitcase in August of last year and have used it twice. As I was unzipping the suitcase last week I noticed the outside zipper pull was missing - there should be 2 and now theres only 1. Ive emailed the company and Ill let you know where we stand once they respond.

Love the look and quality. However, the wheels and handle parts take up good amount of the interior space.

I wanted to try more reasonably priced luggage before buying bigger brand names. Since this is also backed by Prime free returns, I thought Id buy this first. Right away, the weight felt significant. The product description here and on their site states its 7 lbs, but it did not feel like it and when put on a scale it was around 9lbs. Many airlines allow carry on luggage to be around 20lbs, so the bag itself was almost half of that weight. I thought the case itself was pretty decent, but when I bought the more expensive brand of luggage, I felt there was a significant difference in quality. The brand name was almost double the price of this, but it felt a lot more durable and worth the cost. I also bought a $40 no brand luggage on Amazon to compare, and although that one felt cheap, it doesnt feel too different from this luggage. If you dont want to spend a lot of money on a luggage, I would suggest you buy an even cheaper cost of bag than this one because the quality wouldnt be that big of a difference.

Quality and stylish product

This luggage is sleek, takes a beating and has incredible maneuverability. It fits perfectly everywhere and I was able to pack everything I needed for my month-long geek trip (granted I spent most of that time in board shorts and boat shoes)

Compartment is fine. The Wheels. Its great in the airport. Maneuvers perfectly. Problem is when you bring in out to the parking lot or off the train. Busted up American pavement is hard on the wheels. They are NOT durable and NOT suitable for rough surfaces.
