> 3 dayI have used this brand for years for my horses. I like the finer mesh as I feel the horses can see better thru it? Just make sure, as you should with any fly mask, that it is not to close to the eyes. I cannot imagine not having fly masks on my horses.

> 3 dayIt slipped right off, even though it fit, then she kicked it half way across the field. Have had to retrieve it several times, and threw it in her tack box.

> 3 dayI like the one my neighbor had on her horse when trail riding. So when we got home I ordered 2 one for each of our horses

> 3 dayI love this mask for riding, but tried to use it as a daily fly mask and both my boys had them off in less than 5 minutes. Recommend for riding (which it is really intended for), but not for a general fly mask.

> 3 dayWeve used the Cashel Crusader fly masks before. I feel they give the best protection of any Ive tried. I like that my horses ears are protected, and the mask extends down to protect his nose. Also, there is enough room for his eyes. (Ive found that other types tend to fit too closely near the eye area.) In the past, the only problem I had with these (and other) masks was that my horse managed to get them off. This has been remedied by the addition of another Velcro strap that folds back across the bottom one under the jaw. At the end of the day, it is still securely in place! I highly recommend this fly mask.
