It is a real pain, this model calculates the percentages in a very non-conventional cumbersome way. Not ideal if you plan on using it to calculate percents discounts and such. Returning and would not by again.

It just works. No fancy functions. No fancy anything. Solar powered and simple. I bet this lasts as long as I want to keep it. Great buy and perfect for longer calculation sessions.

I bought this calculator to replace one that finally died after about 12 years. I think it will work well for what I need. I mainly use a calculator to do my monthly budget and paying bills, etc. I gave it only 4 stars because you have to do this weird thing to do percentages. On my old calculator I could do: 50 -20% = 40. On this Casio calculator you have to do this: 50 x 20% - (minus key) = 40. I find that a little annoying. I do like the fact that this calculator has an off button a lot of inexpensive ones dont.

big numbers easy to use great for desk or taking on the go. has on-off switch to keep it off in your bag.

Casio makes a great calculator. This one is great. But I kinda wanted a bit of a bigger calculator with larger buttons. However, I am happy with the purchae.
