This very situation popped up for me, and I was glad to have the latter.

This graphing calculator has absolutely all the features of equivalent HP graphing calculators, and more, for half the price. Turns out HP spends gobs of money on campaigns to get teachers all over the country to specify HP calculators in schools. Shame on you HP, and shame on the teachers that tow the line.

I just got this for my statistic class. I love it. It is quite a bit bigger than I thought but I am thinking because it is more like a computer than a regular calculator this is to be expected. And I am loving this thing so much!!! If you are dealing with statistic and need a all in one device to help. get this item it is amazing! I do love Casio products.
