If you are owned and trained by a dachschund, this is a fun little tribute to your prince or princess in the house. Its adequately heavy, but not oversized to be obnoxious and in the way. I did have a little concern when it arrived being double boxed, but UNDAMAGED even though the bubble pack seemed a little shy of maximum need. The nose punched through the primary box without any harm and all was well. No doubt this is fun to have. We like it............Jim Cooke

Has good heft and keeps the door open. Very cute. This was a present for Xmas and it worked out fabulously.

Have a door that constantly slams when I need to let the room cool with a cross wind and got tired of using the piano stool. This is quite a bit smaller than I expected and I was unsure if it would work, but actually works well. Its small enough that my 17 month old grandson could pick it up and carry it around, so might not be wonderful with very small kids as could hurt if they dropped it on a foot. Otherwise, I recommend this. Its adorable.

It works as expected holds door open. I have it in my bedroom on carpet and it holds my door open perfectly no issues doesnt move at all.

Ordered two of these for my mom and sister who are both doxie moms. They are so cute and high quality!! I might just have to order more so my mom has them as door stoppers all over the house.
