Greater than one weekAs a plus size women, this fit perfectly and is comfortable enough to wear over night or under a tee-shirt during the day. I applied the oil straight to my skin while standing and didn’t have any oil leaks out of the top, bottoms or the outer layer. The interior fabric is soft on the skin but not overly absorbent as to waste castor oil in the process like a tee shirt would. While this is my first time using castor oil packs, I can’t really imagine anything that could be changed to improve this product. Two thumbs up.

> 3 dayI really love this pack mainly for using it when I use essential oils on my abdomen in the event that I have an upset stomach in the middle of the night. Before I used to put essential oils on my abdomen and then wore a T-shirt over top of it that I didnt care if it got dirty. However, I didnt want the oils to get on the T-shirt and not be directly on my abdomen. This pack is very nice as it keeps the oils in place and if I want to also use it with my Castor oil I can. Its a very nice size and smaller for smaller women/petite women. I have the original Castor oil pack from another company but its a little bit larger and Im not particularly crazy about that. I really love the color of this and its very easy to use because you dont have to wrap it around you. You have several notches that you can choose from depending on your comfort level. I just really love it for so many reasons! Very soft and comfortable!
