This was for my moms Versa3. Her charging cable wouldnt function so I bought her this. Plus the official Fitbit cable, just in case. She likes this one plus it seems easier to use than the original. I think part of the problem with the original cable was how my mom stored it while not in use... this wont have the same issue since its meant to be out... and not stuffed in a drawer... Anyway, Im happy, moms happy...

Ive had 3 of these. 2 stopped working quickly, 1 came not working at all. All in about 2 years, most of this time I didnt have one at all and used the snap on one that came with my watch.

Working great now! This Fitbit has charging issue with the charging cable’s pegs either pushing in or braking g off. I thought this style of charger wood correct that problem being more stable and secure. We went through five cables in less than a year, now so far so good…….

I followed the instructions and I tried to place my watch on it. No matter how I tried to make it stay on it, it slide off. I tried to copy the picture on my order by playing with the wrist band but no proper contact was made. I was thinking of returning it but I have been confined in the house do to illness and I don’t have any way to go out the house.
