It charges my device. Is pretty sturdy and is much better than what comes with the fitbit versa 3 for charging. So far Im satisfied.

I love this charger for my Fitbit. I like it so much better compared to the one that came with my watch. It connects with no issues at all. It quickly charges. Total win for me!!

I followed the instructions and I tried to place my watch on it. No matter how I tried to make it stay on it, it slide off. I tried to copy the picture on my order by playing with the wrist band but no proper contact was made. I was thinking of returning it but I have been confined in the house do to illness and I don’t have any way to go out the house.

Does the job

The back panel that covers the wiring was not attached to the stand, as shown in the first picture. Its really weird because the screws that would attach the panel are all screwed in in the right place--the back panel just isnt attached. I would attach it myself, however the hole in the back panel where the wire should come out is too small for the wire itself (shown in the second picture). Im not impressed, very confused, and very aggravated. Do not buy-- its worth it to spend a little more money to get a product thats fully assembled. Edit: I asked for a replacement dock, hoping the problems with the first was just a mistake. Nope. The second one I received had the same problem, as shown in the third picture. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BROKEN, NOT ASSEMBLED PRODUCT. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks, and it is working great.

Convenient for nightstand or bedside. Also great for office or school. This item works well to speed charge my Fitbit. My husband and I both use these, we bought 2.

Purchased a fitbit sense for 300$ a little over a year ago. Within a few months, the original charger broke (one of the pins broke), I purchased another fitbit charger only for a pin to break only 2 months later. I bought this and since then it has worked and charged just fine. My fitbit however has entered an infinite bootloop and is no longer functional so this charger outlived the product. 10/10. However I will never buy a fitbit again, as the oem band also broke and the aftermarket one has survived just fine as well.
