I bought the 13 cover. My trailer spare is a 175/80D13 tire mounted on a wagon spoke trailer wheel. The cover fits perfectly!! Snug, but not tight. Easy to get on and off. I recommend.

Won’t fit over 13” tire as advertised

Heavy duty and well made. Fit the 13 spare tire on my boat trailer perfectly.

Works so far. No way to tighten on tire but I knew it was elastic when I purchased it.
