Just a plain black spare tire cover. Wanted a design, but couldnt find one that fit. Returned one w/fish on it.

Fits my 13 trailer spare good

This fits very tightly on my 13 boat wheel. There is NO drawstring as others mentioned, just elastic. Just a FYI. I bought an extra one to go on my trailer tire not realizing these covers are not split to allow installation on a tire that is mounted. So it is for SPARE TIRES only. I should have bought the: ADCO 3973 Black #3 Vinyl Ultra Tyre Gard Wheel Cover that I already purchased for another trailer for that purpose.

To small and it leaves part of the rubber tire exposed

I thought I had ordered a 26 one. But I guess I misunderstood. What I needed was a 14 wheel cover. May I return this one and order a 14 cover?
