Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinners, True Navy, Carry-On 20-Inch

I purchased this bc I was getting tired of dragging my luggage behind me. I went on a trip days after its arrival and I loved having the swivel wheels. Going from soft luggage with an outside pocket to this was a little bit of an adjustment but overall great product.

This was my first hard shell suitcase. It was crushed after one flight. Completely not durable. Despite the item description, it’s just plastic, and obviously can’t stand up to other bags being stacked on top of it in the belly of a plane. Returned for a full refund.

I did not like it because it seems like it is not as well-made as my other Samsonite suitcase being the same line. Don’t think the wheels will last very long on it.

We recently used these suitcases for a 2-week trip. I was very surprised how much it held. I got everything I needed inside without needing to expand it. They held up well to being bumped around in transferring flights. No dents or scratches. There were a couple of marks on one side but they just wiped off. My only disappointment was that the wheels didn’t roll easily on the plush carpet in our hotels. I had to push it in front of me. Otherwise they were great!

Samsonite is a brand you can trust for quality. Excellent product.

After one flight, the retractable handle stopped working and for the return trip home, the bag came down the conveyor belt at baggage claim all dented

Although this is a nice lightweight suitcase, the zipper/material region ripped inside the luggage after one use. Please note: the luggage was not over packed.
