Love the bag. But The inside mesh zipper net was unstitched and ripped.

Wish they had outside pockets. Great color.

Be careful…ad says all sizes of the centric 2 have tsa locks but the carry on DOES NOT have a lock. Great suitcase if you don’t care about having the lock but unfortunately this is why we chose this particular model.

This luggage far exceeded my expectations. It’s beautiful, well made, and perfect for my travels.

The small 20 in size does NOT come with a lock when the product page says all sizes for this model include a lock. The handles are a bit loose and material does flex and move a bit, not sure about durability since I have yet to try it. Disappointed so far...

Just felt very flimsy, was worried it would break open. It didn’t, but the way the bag would just twist as if it was just going to bust open when you picked it up was unsettling

size, design, and sturdiness of the carryon, itself, feels secure. The telescoping handle, to pull the case along, wobbles and feels as if it may not last very long. Given that you can buy pretty solid cases at Costco for $40, the pull-along handle should be really secure. Well see.

The fact that the lock broke and couldnt open suitcase when I got to destination. Called Amazon and was put on hold for 20 minutes no one ever got back to me.
