Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinners, True Navy, Carry-On 20-Inch

These suitcases are very durable. I’ve travelled with them a total of 5 times already and they have held up pretty well. Additionally, they are not easily soiled. Easy to clean with a wet towel or rag. Easy maneuverability given the multidirectional wheels. All in all very good

This seemed fine but then circumstances ... changed. Had to return it but would buy again.

This is my first Samsonite luggage bag and my first hardside clam shell case. The design is elegant and the Emerald Green is a beautiful color. The expandable part is a great feature cause it does allow for a lot more luggage. The USB battery bank is a great idea and the case seems pretty resistant to scratches. The wheels seem to be an upgrade compare to other models of a similar price. The size is a little smaller then 22x14x9, it is more like 21x13x9 and expands up to 21x13x11

While I have yet to be able to use this for an actual trip (thanks Covid), I am slightly disappointed. The Samsonite brand has always been tied to sturdy, well built cases. This just doesnt seem to be that sturdy or well made.

I ordered a set of 3 Centric 2 suitcases. When I received the pack, the box looks terrible, and as I opened to see the suitcase, one wheel of the largest suitcase was broken. The other two smaller suitcases are OK. I was so disappointed to see this.

Broke after a few uses. Wheel fell off. Stitching broke

The Samsonite Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels (Black) 2 Piece Set has been on 3 trips now with me, and the only wear thats visible are a few scuffs on the exterior of the hardside suitcases. This 2 piece set comes with a 24 inch suitcase and a 20 inch suitcase. The 24 inch suitcase has been through airport baggage checks/transport, which is where the scuffs came from. Although there are some surface scuffs to the suitcases, my belongings on the inside have been undamaged thus far.

The luggage came looking like it was used, not new. Dirt inside. Scratches in 6- locations, and a wheel crushed in. It appears the material is so thin that any weight can crush in the material at the wheels. No way to contact the seller. Hopefully, this post prompts the seller to contact me and make this right.

Handle broke within first hour of use

Purchased other no-name brand and they were destroyed by the baggage handlers in just a few months.
