Centric Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Blue Slate, Checked-Large 28-Inch

I want to know if it has guarantee. I just bought in may, bring to Ecuador, then travel to Spain and when we return you can see the picture, damage.

The zipper broke in the middle of a trip. I was able to get it to close about 70% of the way (the bottom of the case was not able to be zipped shut). The zipper came off track and then shredded the material around it. Luckily I was driving to my destination and not flying, so I was able to carry it out to my car without losing the stuff inside. I threw it in the trash as soon as I unpacked it at home because it was utterly useless at that point. This is an inferior product. I expect far more for the money I spent on this luggage set. Will not purchase Samsonite luggage in the future.

Used the suitcase once and the stitching on the zipper came out. The warranty process to get it fixed would be more expensive than getting it fixed locally. I’ve been a loyal Samsonite user for decades. Not worth the added cost if the warranty isn’t usable.

Very pretty but cracked after one Use on plane. Entire side cracked and smashed in. Stick to soft sided because hard sided is not durable

Went on a 3 week cruise and it was a little heavy on the way home. It arrived with a 4 crack in the corner. Since it was outside of Amazons return policy, I had to go through Samsonite and mail it to the repair center which cost 30.00 in postage. Next time, Ill buy a cheaper brand. So much for that old commercial that showed the toughness of Samsonite.

I only used this suitcase one time and when I picked it up at baggage claim the corner was broken. Also lining zipper tab was broken when I first received it.

My new suitcase arrived with HALF A HANDLE!! Really? So much for quality control. Would have given it ZERO stars but that is not an option.

Great suit case. I want to buy it in black, but the price went up?

I bought two sets for a cruise trip to Europe . The zipper on the first suitcase ripped on arrival. The second ripped on our trip home. I’m a frequent traveler and this has never happened before.

The zipper inside had the little bit you hold to open and close the zipper missing. I dont see a way to get a new one without returning it, which isnt an option since I need it for traveling. I noticed another customer had the same complaint, so may be something the manufacturer should look into - better quality control.
