There was a huge dent in one of the bags during the very first travel.

Lock was somehow broken and could not set the lock combination. Item also arrived without instructions.

Disappointed. Already damaged on the first flight.

Very happy with these suitcases. Took the medium and large ones on a 3 week European trip. Survived the baggage handlers at multiple airports just fine, as well as me wheeling them all around numerous cities and hotel rooms. Look good after a long trip, with no signs of wear. I like the built in locks and they are TSA accessible, as my one bag was opened by TSA when I left the U.S. They are lightweight but sturdy, and the wheels are smooth. I would highly recommend, especially based on the price.

I am constantly traveling and this brand never disappoints! They last for a super long time because of durability. The color is not as bright as the pictures but still cute and different from the typical black. Identifying my bag has never been easier!
