We used the adapter with a laptop, shaver and iphones in Italy - Florence & Italian Riviera. Worked perfectly. It allowed for two iphones to be charged at the same time.

I plugged it in and- nothing. What a waste of money.

We were in 12 hotels in Italy during our trip and this adapter worked perfectly in every situation. Great peace of mind while traveling internationally.

Really like that this had multiple outlets for USB, smartphones, and a regular power outlet. Also very nice it came with adapters for multiple countries. No issues.

I just took this adapter from US to Thailand. It works, but this adapter is so freakin heavy, that if you plug it into a horizontal wall outlet, then add more weight to it via your plug in device, it will either fall from the wall or often separate from your plug-in. So when you need your device charged, and you dont monitor it every now and then, it may or may not have happened. Best to use this on a flat surge-protector. Dont say I didnt warn you.

My daughter used these for a month in Italy and they worked fine

Just got back from Italy and these units worked perfectly. They fit the plugs which are in Italy (Im guessing Italy has slightly bigger pins than other countries). Nice, small, and easy to work with.

I could charge my phone with the usb and use the plug for additional items that I brought on vacation

Liked that I was able to use this for a CPAP machine. This was used for charging phone and CPAP.
