we used this for our trip to Italy where we could find both Type L and Type C plugs in the hotels, trains etc. This combo came in handy as we were able to use it depending upon the plug type. the USB charging is slow and as expected. we carried a mini-extension bar which helped in charging multiple devices!

I ordered two plugs - one for Italy and one for Croatia - both worked perfectly for all the things needed to be plugged in.

Both adapters worked very well for my study abroad trip!

I used the two prong adapter in Sorrento, and the 3 prong in Rome. In Sorrento the hotel room only hda two holes in the wall receptacle so it was a no-brainer. Im not sure if the two prong adapter would have worked in Rome, but there were 3 holes in the wall plate so I used that adapter.
