I am not sure what to think. There is no way these should smell this bad out of the bag. I could see No scent at all. Also, I could see if they didnt work as well as they say they should. BUT I cant even stand to put them in my cupboard.... they smell like cigarette smoke. My apartment has a resident funk to it. When I first viewed my apartment I thought the smell was paint or floor polish and expected it to dissipate after a few days of moving in. Nope, the funk has stayed and I cannot locate the source. Ive tried a bunch of stuff, and these charcoal bags are the only thing that has worked. They really do freshen the air and ELIMINATE odors. Not just mask them. They create no scent at all, they dont smell like anything. They simply neutralize odors. Im ecstatic.

I use in my closets and under cabinets in the kitchen. Im in an older home and was pleasantly surprised with this product. I first used in my closets and laundry room where my cat does her business. It works. I just bought these when I cleaned our the lower cabinets and notices a musty smell. Only had now 3 days and find that musty smell is faint. I have no reason to believe that in a few more days it will be gone. I love that you just put them in sunshine to refresh them. I am on my 2nd year with the same closet ones. Great product.

I ordered these for my 2021 Rav4 back in 2021. I have in bag in the back and one in the back seat. I’ve followed the directions by sitting them in the sun every month and my car smells so clean. I was very skeptical at first but after two years I can attest that they work.

The jury is still out on the efficacy of charcoal bamboo and Im comparing this product to another with different features but I really want them both to work of course! I need to offset off-gassing of other products and for mold and mildew which they both claim to do. The company is based in the USA and has some other interesting items Im willing to try and their mission sounds great but I think the products are both imports. This one comes with hooks but they were too small to hang under sink on the water pipes so Ive used my own. The other company suggests to take out the inner bag and put in sunlight to rejuvenate or activate the charcoal, this one you cant because its sewn shut. We shall see. Imma put one in the fridge to really test it!

This item seems to work good for odor absorption - but does have a strong odor! I try not to get my nose too close to it, but it is tolerable from far away.

I purchased based upon positive reviews. I used 3 inside a car that had cigarette smoke smell and 1 in a walk in closet with armpit smell. It took a while for them to remove the smell, but they did so very well, At first there is a strange smell that overpowers the existing odor, but after awhile there is no odor or smell. I would purchase again.

Put them out and the odor was so horrible as if 30 people were smoking in my apartment for hours tried to tolerate for 5 + hours was nauseous threw them away double bagged to avoid embarrassment I’m sorry but truth maybe in large home basement or attic Although product was not used was offered full refund for my inconvenience manufacturer takes pride in product BRAVO!!

It might be working. I got this for the nursery to stop diaper smell. The smell never was that bad but I dont notice it anymore. We have 3 scent absorbers where we keep our shoes so Im not sure if this one is working there either. Im sceptical because the product states leaving it on the sun for a few hours rejuvenates it and Im not sure about the legitimacy of that.
